A start, but a lot of good basic info missing.
You haven't exactly got the greatest examples to follow, could've worked on them more. You were also quite broad by saying to draw very well before you start animating, what should they draw specifically? How about life drawing/figure drawing? Give examples, talk about where they might search, etc.
At the end of the tutorial you should've mentioned other means to learn animation, say for instance books they might get. For example: Animation Survival Kit, Character Animation Crash Course, etc. (these books can apply to the anime styles)
You should've also (considering you didn't mention the two books above, I'm not too suprised) explained timing. Outside of the basic ease in/out, there is more to realize in timing (dope sheets and what not). You should've also mentioned acting, structure, etc.
I can understand that you're not quite at this level yet, or didn't know about these facts and books mentioned. However, you didn't put enough research into it.
You've done better than most tutorials, it'll get people started.
Keep it up, like to see what you do in the future.
